1) Overview

At MAGICSTRIPES GmbH we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may cancel your order and return the goods in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal described below. This policy applies to consumers in the European Union and any other jurisdiction where a mandatory right of withdrawal applies.

A "consumer" is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

2) Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (MAGICSTRIPES GmbH, An der Alster 6, 20099 Hamburg, Germany, E-Mail: mail@magicstripes.com) with a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form below, but its use is not required.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

3) Cancellation terms

Revocation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4) Exclusions and early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, are not resident in any Member State of the European Union and whose sole domicile and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract.

6) How to return goods

Please contact our support team at mail@magicstripes.com before returning any items. We will confirm the return address and provide any further instructions. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect delivery.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent by untracked mail. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless we have agreed otherwise or the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within fourteen days using the original payment method. You will be notified by e-mail when the refund has been issued.
